Department of Theology

Our goal is to produce competent pastors and other church leaders with Reformed faith and the mindset of martyrs who will work to build and develop Reformed churches. This major is the theological and ideological foundation of Kosin University, a Christian University. Completing a bachelor¡¯s degree in Theology will give students an excellent foundation for getting seminary and graduate educations.

Department of Christian Education

We educate students to become Christian Educators who study the theories and practicalities of the discipline. Students may become certified for middle school level teaching (religion) and other educator positions. Students in Christian Education have many career options upon graduation. One may continue his or her education at a seminary to become a pastor, an education pastor or a missionary, or he or she may go on to graduate school to study Christian Education further and become an expert in the field.  Furthermore, he or she may become a teacher, a staff worker in a Christian fellowship such as SFC or IVF, a youth pastor, a preschool teacher or a supporter of Christian culture.

Department of Missiology and Mission    Languages (Day/Evening)

Our goal is shaping competent missionaries who will participate in God¡¯s Great Commission full-time.  We believe having excellent language skills is an important part of being a competent overseas missionary, therefore, we emphasize the learning of languages in our major. Upon graduation, alumni may continue their education in a seminary or a graduate school or work in various missions agencies.
