Kosin University has a distinctive way of closely knitting and integrating its residential students and guests in the dormitories.
Dormitory life experience is central to the university’s objective to offer students a supportive and enriching environment with opportunities for personal and social growth. Shalom Dormitory, a five-story building, is the first ubiquitous dormitory in Korea.
The dormitory consists of parking lots, offices, conference hall, fitness centre, lounges, and a guest house. Immanuel Dormitory is a three-story building with an office and fitness center. Inter-rooms meetings (Emmaus Meeting) are held fortnightly between female students and male students to foster healthy interaction and growth through sharing of experiences, prayer items and participation in indoor games.
Foreign students have a special monthly meeting (Elim Meeting) in which they deliberate on issues affecting them as well as planning for various international student activities on campus. Resident students also participate in talent show contest and sports activities organized by the Dormitory management.
